I’m only saying this once.
The times in my life when I had the least self respect were the times I was wearing the MOST, not the least, clothes. I wanted to blend IN, not stand OUT. Sweatshirts or tees and jeans or some sort of comfy pants, not short skirts and cropped tops. Those came later, when I got some self respect and felt more comfortable with who I am - only then did I feel comfortable if I stood out some.
The truth of the matter is those who suggest a woman’s short skirt means she has no self respect are actually intimidated by how much self respect she has. Don’t let the pleas and the “I’m just looking out for you” mantras fool you.
A comfortable and self-assured woman is a very very scary thing for some people.
I’m a man of self respect. I want woman to have the same self respect. Flaunting your tits so that they are almost falling out of your shirt is not attractive. You know what’s attractive? Intelligence. Self Respect. True beauty. Not any of this whore shit.
I’m a woman of self respect. I want men to have the same self respect. Flaunting your douchebaggery so that it’s all over the internet and up in my face is not attractive. You know what’s attractive? Intelligence. Self respect. Understanding that women make their own clothing choices and that should not be so intimidating for you that you need to make public statements about it. Not any of this douchebag shit.
There. I think that’s what you meant.
